and nurses who have an interest in the management of arthritis and pain
to join us for live presentations featuring updates on treatment
options and patient care using the new COX-2 agents. This series of
interactive audioconferences will give you an opportunity to hear the
latest clinical updates and talk live with the experts about the latest
research and treatment options in this therapeutic area.
There is no charge for participating in these educational activities.
Conference content and discussions may
include information regarding the use of products that may be
inconsistent with or outside the approved labeling for these products in

Physician Accreditation Statement
The Pragmaton Office of Medical Education
(POME) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical
Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for
physicians.
Physician Designation Statement
The Pragmaton Office of Medical Education designates this
educational activity for a maximum of 1.0 hour in category 1 credit
toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. Each physician should
claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the
activity.
American Academy of Family Physicians Designation Statement
This activity has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 1
Prescribed credit house by the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Terms of approval is for one year from beginning distribution date of
February 1, 2002, with option for yearly renewal.
Pharmacist Accreditation Statement
The
Pragmaton Office of Medical Education is accredited by the American
Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) as a Provider of continuing
pharmaceutical education. This activity will provide a total of 1.0
contact hour (0.1 CEUs) of continuing education credit.
Nursing Accreditation Statement
Buchanan & Associates is an accredited provider of
continuing education in nursing by the American Nurses’ Credentialing
Center, Commission on Accreditation and the Florida Board of Registered
Nursing, FNB. Buchanan & Associates is approved by the
California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider CEP9473. This program,
when successfully completed, will provide 1 contact hour of continuing
education in nursing.
Evaluation of this program is required to obtain a continuing
education certificate. Evaluation forms must be submitted to Buchanan
& Associates and may also be sent to your local Board of Nursing.
Other Healthcare Professional Statement
A certificate of participation for 1hour will be issued
for all Healthcare Professionals not covered by the listed accreditation
statements.

both a Physician and Pharmacist Advisory Board, is supported by

The Pragmaton Office of Medical Education (POME)
does not sell or offer any user data, including registration or billing
information to any third party for commercial purposes. POME does, where
required, provide the minimum subset of information to those third parties
that are responsible for accreditation and issuance of certification of
Continuing Education tests submitted. You agree that POME has full
permission to provide this minimum subset of information to the third
parties as required by law.
To provide additional security in those cases where a credit card number
or other form of payment has been submitted, POME utilizes this
information once, but does not permanently store this information.
Therefore, it will be necessary for you to reenter billing information
during subsequent visits. Although this may create a minor inconvenience,
POME believes that security should be first and foremost in the provision
of its services and therefore will not store billing information
permanently in its records.
